First of all let us understande the meaning of independant auditor “independent auditor is a Certified Public Accountant ” who examines the financial records and business transactions of a company that he/she is not affiliated with. When an Audit is performed, it is the Duty of financial auditor’s to make sure that records are examined in an honest and forthright manner. Independent auditors are sometimes called external auditors.

The auditor has a main responsibility to plan and perform the audit faction in such a way to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement, whether caused by error or fraud.
