ADHD means attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is such kind of problem in which student have to face a problem in the study. Student can not concentrate on the study .They face the problem of attention in .They are lost and not prepared to study.They may be distracted by something else or thinking about something else

Communicate with school and teachers

Make a communication with you teacher at the school or collage regarding to the problem It is important for you to listen to what the teachers and other school officials have to say.Try to be calm, specific, and positive—a good attitude can go a long way in communication with school.

Listen carefully.

      you wants to succeed at school. Listen to what he or she has to say—even if it is sometimes hard to hear. Avoid interrupting. Understanding challenges in school is the key to finding solutions that work.

Make a planing

Do the planing for the study. Note down every thing.Make a planing for repetative study

Make a schedule

Make a schedule for your study i.e when to study,when to do homework,when to go out with the friends ,time for relaxation,when to make preparation for exams etc.

Create goals

It is very important to create goals for life and study. How much and what you want to achieve and when. Make all your possible effort to achieve you goal

Ask the hard questions and give a complete picture

Ask your tutor hard questions and give a complete picture and get back the solution

Do repetitive study

Make repetitive study whenever possible. So you have comfort with the subject

Find a place where you can study effectively

Do regular study in the place where you can concentrate on study and effective learning

• problems with working memory and executive function

The following may help children with ADHD and reading and witting problems:

Try to convey the child or student to read or write interdependently

Designing the learning   environment

• Design elements that help to organize materials and manage movement and attention writing and reading

• Assign the student to a seat that best allows him/her to observe you while avoiding distractions

Giving proper direction

Give the proper direction,instruction to the student regarding to reading and writing problem

helping the Students or child

helping the Students or child to   focus on diagrams, model skills , allowing independent practice, and p. the letters and combinations of letters that represent sounds and words in written text

When kids put hard work into something, they expect a return

   So give them return when they do hard work

Give feedback to the student whenever possible and make them clear about performance
