As a holder of  copyright, any one  have  exclusive right for reproduction, distribute the work  and adaption.

The  copyright exists from very  moment of  work creation time, so registration of it  is voluntary.

Second way is Patent. It is the set of exclusive rights  which are granted by the sovereign state to the assignee or  inventor  for limited  time  period in exchange for the detailed public disclosure of such invention. This nvention may be solution to the  specific technological problem and is a process ot the  product

Trademark

It is the third way . It is define as symbol , phrase ,  word, or design that is distinguish the  goods of particular business from the other competitors.

For example,

the “Addidas” design identifies its shoes that are made by Addidas which is absolutely differ from brand like Accorn

Trade Secrets

A trade secret is particular  process, formula,  device, or other business information which companies keep very secret  so that it will give company advantage over the other competitors.
