First of all let us understand that what is mean by EUROBOND

It is bond that is issued by international borrower and sold to the investor in the countries with the currencies other than the currency in which the bond is denominated

Example

EUROBOND is dollar denominated bond issued by the US company and sold to Chinese Investor

Now let us let us understand that what is mean by FOREIGN BOND

It is bond issued in a host country’s financial market, in the host country’s currency, by a foreign borrower .

Eurobond is typically issued by single currency and the same is not the situation in foreign bond

The foreign Bond is subject to the regulations imposed on all securities traded in the national market and sometimes to special regulations and disclosure requirements governing foreign borrowers
