First of all let us understand that what is mean by performance appraisal. It is a task of performance review or performance evaluation or in other word we can say that it is job performance of employee  documentation and evaluation.

Why are performance appraisals important and the goal of performance appraisal

performance appraisals important because of  employer will be ensure that employee of their organization are performing to their expectations so they conduct annual reviews of their job, efficiency and attitude over the work. there are many reason and goal of performance appraisal .they are as follow
